Job Title: Residential After Care Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBLE TO: The Executive Director

POSITION SCOPE: RENEW Foundation is a Christian Women’s Foundation working to empower female victims of human trafficking and prostitution.

The Residential After Care Specialist (RACS) will provide spiritual, psychological and social support for RENEW's residential clients.  This includes providing group and one-on-one spiritual guidance and running Bible studies and prayer gatherings.  Other requirements include conducting psychological assessments, and providing individual and group counselling.  The RACS will also be responsible for responding to emergency calls and situations during their night time shifts.

The successful applicant will be required to work 3 night shifts and 2 day shifts per week - with two days off.

• Relevant Experience and Qualifications (training will be provided)
