RENEW is the only centre in the Philippines dedicated to research into both prostitution & sex trafficking.  RENEW works in collaboration with the University of Oxford (UK) Department of Social Policy and Social Work. The goal of RENEW's research is to develop community-driven & sustainable approaches to restore the personal well-being and life opportunities of women involved in prostitution & female victims of human trafficking.

RENEW also has a good collection of various international development publications, legal briefings, evidence based social interventions texts and various social science research method books.  RENEW also has access to over 2000 social science journals. RENEW also works as a consultative organisation for the UN and government departments on various gender based issues.
